Daredevil
The flowers on my plant generally do not look quite like those pictured on the APS registry or Carsten Burkhardt’s peony website, although I’ve been told that the form is somewhat variable.
I acquired a second plant in order to compare the two. The foliage is identical and quite unique so I am now confident that I have the right plant. In 2022 (upper photo) it looked more like those on other websites which show a flatter flower with minimal dark flares in the center.
