This peony flies under the radar. Its clear yellow flowers can appear almost double, but the lighter gold ‘Age of Gold’ and the clear yellow ‘High Noon’ are both much more widely grown.
Silvia wrote that it had a less finished and not as prettily furled flower as ‘Age of Gold’.
